Ultra Fine Bubble Generator "Ranbu" for Super Hard Ceramic Glass

Improves the processing efficiency and quality of grinding and cutting, while also suppressing the deterioration of processing fluids! The only product that shows results in cylindrical grinding.

The "Rambū Ultra Fine Bubble (UFB)" adopts our unique cavitation method, which efficiently generates ultra-fine bubbles through an internal structure (patent pending). This creates nano bubbles from the processing liquid and enhances grinding and cutting efficiency through turbulent flow effects. As a result, it allows for increased cutting volume efficiency and extends the dressing interval by suppressing clogging.
